WELDERS :
A rewarding job with a bright future
French industry, particularly the nuclear and naval sectors, is faced with two identical challenges when it comes to welding:
- firstly, a shortage of welders in France
- On the other hand, the increasingly demanding industrial requirements of these sectors call for ever higher skill levels.
As a result, current skill acquisition times are too long, and are no longer compatible with the ramp-up of industrial projects.
It was therefore necessary to secure future recruitment and meet the local and national needs of companies in these two sectors.
HEFAÏS' ambition is to meet this challenge by basing its teaching on industrial excellence, so as to ultimately train the best welders in France to work on large-scale industrial sites such as submarine, surface ship or nuclear facility construction.
